Terms of service

By booking a service with Powis Media, you agree to the following terms. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the shoot and before delivery of the final files. Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot may result in a loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if arranged more than 48 hours in advance.

Final edited photos or videos will be delivered digitally within 7 to 10 working days, unless agreed otherwise. All media is delivered via secure digital download (e.g., WeTransfer or Dropbox). Raw or unedited files are not included unless this has been specifically agreed in advance.

Powis Media retains full copyright over all content created. Clients are granted royalty-free, commercial-use rights for their delivered images and videos. This includes usage for websites, social media, print, and promotional materials. However, content may not be resold or sublicensed to third parties without written permission.

All creative direction, editing style, and production decisions are made by Powis Media based on professional judgment, unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance. Clients are responsible for providing access to locations and ensuring people, products, or spaces are ready to be photographed at the scheduled time. Any delays or additional requirements caused by the client may result in additional charges.

Powis Media accepts no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, such as illness, weather, or equipment failure. In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of any fees paid.

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Powis Media reserves the right to use selected final images or video clips for portfolio and promotional use, including social media and the website.
